The portfolio will contain the following (template will be provided):
- Cover sheet identifying the student, professor, class, and date
- Table of contents
- Signed and dated copy of a statement of authenticity, which declares that all the work is the student’s own
- A narrative about the student’s overall experience in English 102 (Students should address what they have learned) and why and how the essays selected represent their BEST work (The approach to the papers, the writing process, and the entire experience from beginning draft to finish should be described. Original drafts and final drafts of essays are to be included).
- ALL WRITING ASSIGNMENTS (Final/Revised), reflecting the student’s BEST work
An electronic version of the portfolio is strongly encouraged.
